I specialise in human psychology and body language and I will work ONE to ONE (or in small groups of up to four people) with your sales person/people or Sales Manager to help them to develop more confidence, motivation and effectiveness for your business - be it retail, hospitality, or almost any other kind of business. I am so confident that I can improve your sales people that you will only pay 50% of my fee initially and if you don't see a more confident and motivated person after my training I will waive the remaining balance*. I own a PMA company (PT Key Reward Assc.) and I am licensed to work in the following areas: Bali - Lombok - Jakarta - Bintan - Batam and so if your company has people in any of these places I am able to go to them providing travel and accommodation expenses** are provided.
* 50% of fee is payable in advance and the balance 7 days after training is concluded. If you do not see a visible improvement in the 'trainees' overall demeanor and attitude within this period the balance will not be charged to you
** Any travel and accommodation expenses will include Hotel and Airfares, Reasonable food and beverage and transfers to and from Airports.

I will impart years of learning into just a few short learning sessions and your sales people will emerge as stronger and more self confident people with a working knowledge of how to engage, interest and, importantly, CLOSE your customers, along with follow up relationship development and securing repeat business in the future. Selling is about PEOPLE - not products. Anyone can have a great product but it's down to the sales people to ensure that everyone wants it.
The average sales person is capable of doubling their closing rate with the right training and motivation. My objective is to empower your sales people to want to do just that.
